Privacy
Mantle has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Here is what it keeps, who can see it, and where it goes.
You
The first time your browser talks to Mantle, it's given a commander: a random id, in a cookie, signed so it can't be forged. That's all Mantle knows about who you are. It has no name, email or password for you. The cookie lasts about a year from your last visit.
Your designs and their pictures
When you keep a design, Mantle keeps its name, description, looks, abilities and stats, which aid made it, a link to its picture, when you kept it, and your commander id. Designs are public: anyone can see them, and that they're yours. Only you can change or delete yours.
Pictures your aid draws are kept on Cloudflare and served publicly at their own address. Every one is scanned by Cloudflare for child sexual abuse material. A picture stays kept after you delete its design. Mantle also counts how many pictures each commander keeps a day, to set a daily limit.
All of it is kept on Cloudflare, which hosts Mantle.
Talking with your aid (OpenRouter)
Your aid thinks and draws through OpenRouter, on your own account. Your OpenRouter key stays in your browser and never reaches Mantle: your browser talks to OpenRouter directly. What you say to your aid, and what it says back, goes to OpenRouter and the model's provider under their terms. Mantle keeps no record of the conversation, only the designs you keep.
In your browser
Mantle stores in your browser only: your OpenRouter key if you connect, who you work with, your rosters, which maps you've won, and whether sound is muted. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them, and the commander cookie with them.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare keeps logs of requests to the site, including the address they came from, for a short while. Mantle itself doesn't keep your address.
Children
Mantle doesn't ask anyone's age or for personal information. Please don't put any in what you tell your aid.
